DOA Policy
We take great care in ensuring all fish are packed securely and shipped in healthy condition. Due to the delicate nature of live fish, please read our DOA policy carefully before placing an order.
Definition of DOA
A fish is considered Dead on Arrival (DOA) only if it is deceased upon delivery and inside the original, unopened, and sealed shipping bag.
Eligibility for DOA Claims
To be eligible for a DOA claim, all of the following conditions must be met:
1. The fish must be dead upon arrival and remain in the original sealed bag.
2. The shipping bag must not be opened under any circumstances.
3. Clear photos or videos showing:
• The dead fish
• The unopened, sealed bag
• The shipping label
4. Claims must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery.
Approved DOA claims will be given a choice of one of the following.
• A replacement fish (customer may be responsible for shipping), or
• return of funds to original payment method
Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for approved Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims.
To qualify, the fish must be dead upon delivery and remain in the original, unopened, and sealed shipping bag.
Once the bag has been opened or the fish has been placed into water, no refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued.
All DOA claims must be submitted within the required time frame and approved before any refund is processed.
